Tutoring questions
What ages is tutoring for?
Sessions are designed for little learners ages 2–5. Each session is tailored to your child's age, interests, and attention span — 45 minutes of play-based learning that feels like fun, not school.
What happens in a session?
Your teacher leads playful, hands-on learning: early literacy and math games, sensory play, songs, and simple crafts — all chosen for your child. You'll get a quick recap afterward so you can keep the learning going.
What is the reschedule policy?
Free reschedule up to 24 hours before your session.
Cancellations within 24 hours can't be refunded or rescheduled — your teacher has already planned your session and saved the time just for you.
Where do in-person sessions happen?
At your home — wherever your little one is happiest. Just include your address when you book. In-person tutoring is currently offered in the Wilmington, DE area.
How does the 4-pack work?
When you buy the 4-pack, your first session is booked during checkout. The other three credits sit in your account — book them whenever you like, with the same teacher or a different one.
Do I need a membership to book tutoring?
Nope! Tutoring is a separate purchase. You just need a free account so we can manage your bookings and send your session details.
